Shipping

Everything is made to order — no warehouse, no leftover stock. Your gear is printed in 4–7 business days, then couriered to you.

• · New Zealand: NZ$8 flat — standard courier, 3–5 business days after printing.
• · International: NZ$25 flat — 7–14 business days after printing.

All prices are charged in New Zealand dollars (NZD). Prices shown in other currencies are approximate.

Returns

Wrong size? Misprint? Arrived damaged? We'll sort it — email hello@beachysurf.co within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you.

Because everything is made to order, we don't do general change-of-mind returns — but we'll always look after genuine issues. Check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to fulfil your order (name, email, shipping address) and your email if you join the list. Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see your card details. We don't sell or share your data. Want your details deleted? Email us.
